The East West Arts Association, located in Hong Kong, is a professional classical music and fine art group, registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry. It was formed in 2017 by internationally renowned musicians and artists from Australia, Europe and Asia to promote Classical Music and Fine Arts. We aim to provide a platform for supporting and developing talented young musicians by creating events such as piano competitions, performances, and masterclasses. We strive to present competitions which provide
an international panel of judges, giving contestants a platform for fair and unbiased results, and diverse feedback.

In 2020, the East West Arts Association will present the 3rd Hong Kong Pacific Piano Open Competition (online), with esteemed Jury members from Australia, UK, Russia, Hungary, Armenia, Sweden, Chile, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, Iran and East Malaysia. In 2017 the 1st Hong Kong Piano Open Competition became the first competition in Hong Kong to have an entire section dedicated to special needs children. In 2020 we will become the first piano competition in Hong Kong to actively promote 21st Century Chinese and Western contemporary piano music, with the inclusion of two sections dedicated to and judged by award winning contemporary piano music composers, Dr. Andrián Pertout and Ms Julie Pun-Man Kuok.
